Kaizen

"If you're doing something the same way you have been doing it for ten years, the chances are you are doing it wrong."

— Charles F. Kettering: was an American inventor and businessman

The Japanese have a philosophy that if you see someone you haven't seen for a while, you ought to be able to tell what's different.  It's a belief in Kaizen - constant and never-ending improvement.  Life doesn't stand still, why should we?  At the end of every day ask yourself, 'How did the day go? What could I have done better?' And then visualize tomorrow being better by utilizing the lessons of today.
